A people-focused approach to organisational change
My support is always tailored to the organisation and its people. Whether you are navigating change, need help with a specific problem or want to move from strategy into action, I can help..
I create meaningful learning experiences that align with your culture, values and objectives to help your people develop in a way that supports your organisational goals.
My bespoke approach helps strengthen, develop and motivate people, leading to more effective collaboration and greater success
Helping your people become better at what they do
I create a safe space for people to think and communicate differently; helping them explore alternative perspectives and ideas so they can collaborate with more purpose.
As a consultant I provide strategic support, partnering with clients to explore their unique challenges and uncover what’s really causing them. I help define next steps and clear measurable outcomes, so your people return to the workplace motivated and ready to implement meaningful change.
As a facilitator I help people better understand themselves and others so they can collaborate together more effectively. I show them how to build stronger connections and use observation, questioning and practical tools to encourage more meaningful conversations and outcomes.

What my clients say
Thoughtful, considered and held boundaries very well
We were really happy with the way in which Fiona facilitated our Executive Team Away Days. She took time to really understand our needs and to consider the right approach for our team. Her facilitation was excellent – she was thoughtful, considered and held boundaries well. She rapidly acquired a good understanding of our individual and collective needs. We changed our agenda for the second day based on how conversations evolved during day one – she led and partnered really effectively with me on that and we all appreciated her flexibility to ensure a productive 2 days. She also provided really helpful summary notes and reflection points afterwards. We would definitely work with her again

Fiona’s supportive, inquiry-based style allows space for people to find their own direction
We look for partners who inspire and enable long-term behavioural change and this is where Fiona really excels. Whether through facilitation or individual coaching, Fiona’s supportive, inquiry-based style allows space for people to find their own direction and take control of their development. She loves to explore new ways of doing things – not innovation for the sake of it but to find the best possible ways of helping people become better at what they do. Try one of her unconferences and you’ll see what I mean!

Her insights and guidance have been a real game changer
I’ve been so fortunate to have Fiona as a mentor – her insights and guidance have been a real gamechanger for me. Over the course of our sessions, Fiona has helped me not only refine my leadership style, but she’s opened up new opportunities and helped me to grow my L&D network. Fiona’s invaluable advice helped me to address my challenges, building up my confidence as a leader, as well as helping me to design more effective learning initiatives. Finally, what stands out most about Fiona is how approachable and supportive she is. I am incredibly grateful to Fiona as not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she’s genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I can’t recommend Fiona enough to anyone looking for mentoring guidance in leadership, learning design, or professional growth!

Her warmth, empathy and ability to get to the heart of the challenge
Fiona has collaborated with us on several projects, as a facilitator, coach and designer. What really shines through is how much she cares about people and helping them solve their biggest problems – her warmth, empathy and ability to get to the heart of someone’s challenge, then support them to overcome it is truly impressive. She gives people space to find their own direction and take accountability for their development and actions in a way that is meaningful and motivating for them. A great fit for us, as we focus on supporting people and organisations to get better at what they do through long term behavioural change.

A lot of fun to work with
Fiona is a lot of fun to work with and has a great deal of practical knowledge which she shares in a helpful, down to earth way. She makes topics that can easily scare managers accessible and interesting, taking the sting out of all the challenges of day-to-day management and building confidence as well as management skills. We have worked with many management trainers over the years, and Fiona is among the very best.

Extracts honesty that drives profound levels of learning
We have had the good fortune to work with Fiona on a number of high profile client programmes and found her to be a truly excellent addition to our team. Firstly, Fiona is very intelligent and able to quickly grasp the context of the client’s industry sector along with the unique challenges they may be facing. She is able to connect rapidly with delegate teams, talking their language, which commands impact and presence. Secondly, Fiona is a first class facilitator who is able to use a broad range of skills to draw out a depth of honesty in everyone that drives profound levels of learning. I very much hope we will have the opportunity to work with Fiona much more in the future.

Frequently asked questions
As a consultant and thinking partner I work at a strategic level alongside clients to help them understand what’s really behind the challenges they face. I look beneath the surface to gather meaningful data that helps them define what the next steps look like. As a facilitator I use idea sharing, reflection and evidence based practice to help people explore and solve those challenges. I have a wide network of associates I can also call on to provide any additional support services that may be needed.
I’ve worked with organisations across a huge variety of sectors, my work is not limited to specific industries. I’ve supported companies of any size with strategic consultancy, learning and development, and facilitation work with teams.
Clients often come to me with a specific issue and I provide consultative support to help get to the root of the problem quickly. It’s also common for the brief to evolve as we work together because the process can often uncover things that have gone unnoticed before, creating new challenges. My approach is always flexible and adaptable to this because it’s great to see projects shift in the moment and there is often added value when this happens.
This is actually a very common scenario with my clients. When you don’t know what you need I can work alongside you as a thinking partner, helping you identify the underlying causes of the issues you’re seeing in the business and defining the actions needed to improve them.
I have a lot of experience creating and delivering large scale events for clients and for my own business (e.g. team and company away days, strategy days, conferences and unconferences). I can help with all aspects of creating an event, from the initial idea generation and planning, through to facilitation and delivery on the day.
My learning experiences are always tailored to the specific needs of the organisation. I’ve designed and delivered events and away days for all levels of management, from new managers right through to executive leaders. Events can be focused on achieving a specific outcome or be left more open to allow the focus to evolve in the moment.
There’s something special that happens when people come together, which is why most of my work is delivered in person. Those honest conversations and unexpected lightbulb moments can often be what shifts something in the room. Where it’s not possible to gather in person my work can be (and has been) adapted to be delivered successfully online.
